TikTok Shop sellers in Vietnam may be required to re-verify their accounts when the platform detects risk signals from their shop or products, such as a spike in negative customer reviews or policy violations. Only Owner Account with admin access can submit re-verification, not sub-accounts.

Re-verification is triggered by risk detection related to shop or product behavior, specifically including spikes in negative customer reviews or policy violations. Sellers must complete re-verification to continue operating their shop; failure results in account restrictions, suspension, or closure.
The re-verification submission is located on Seller Center PC under: TikTok Shop Seller Center > My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Center, where a “Verify your qualifications” banner appears. Only the Owner Account with admin access can submit re-verification; sub-accounts cannot.
Required information differs by seller type:
- Individual Sellers: ID Card Document, ID Card Number, Full Name, Date of Birth, Residential Address, and Face Scan
- Corporate Sellers: Business Registration Document, Business Registration Number, Company Name, Registered Address
- Sole Proprietors and Business Household (additional UBO requirements): UBO ID Card Number, UBO ID Card Document, UBO Full Name, UBO DOB, UBO Residential Address, UBO Face Scan
Liveness verification is required for individual sellers and sole proprietors. Do’s include: follow on-screen instructions carefully, ensure face is clearly visible, complete in well-lit environment, remove face-blocking items. Don’ts include: do not leave screen or interrupt process midway, do not cover face or camera.
After completion, qualifications are reviewed by the platform with results notified in the Qualification Centre. If approved, existing Xử phạt actions may be automatically revoked at platform’s discretion. If unsuccessful, sellers may retry within the specified timeframe.

Complete re-verification immediately upon receiving notification to avoid account restrictions, suspension, or closure. Access via Seller Center PC: TikTok Shop Seller Center > My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Center, then click “Verify Now” on the “Verify your qualifications” banner. Ensure you are logged in as Owner Account with admin access, not sub-account. Prepare required documents based on seller type: individual sellers need ID card and face scan; corporate sellers need business registration documents; sole proprietors need additional UBO information and face scan. For liveness verification, follow on-screen instructions carefully in a well-lit environment with face clearly visible, without masks or sunglasses, and do not interrupt the process. If unsuccessful, retry within the specified timeframe as indicated by the platform.
