Tình huống

Người bán trên TikTok Shop Việt Nam muốn kinh doanh các danh mục sản phẩm đặc biệt yêu cầu quy trình “invite-only” (chỉ bán được khi được mời và nộp hồ sơ phê duyệt). Các danh mục này bao gồm sách báo, kính áp tròng, hoa tươi, thực phẩm tươi/đông lạnh, trang sức, SIM điện thoại, xe máy, hàng secondhand, sản phẩm mẹ và bé, pin ắc quy, sản phẩm chăm sóc tình dục, và Voucher vật lý.

TikTok Shop Việt Nam quản lý các sản phẩm Invite-Only thông qua Qualification Center (My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Center). Chi tiết từng danh mục và yêu cầu Hóa đơn như sau: (1) Sách, báo, tạp chí: chỉ được bán các thể loại được liệt kê cụ thể (Art, Babies’ Books, Biography, Calendars, Cook Books, Comics, Dictionary, Education, Entertainment, Fiction, Fitness, History, Law, Lifestyle, Literature, Medical, Parent’s Books, Professional, Technology, Teens’ Books, Textbooks, Toddler’s Books, Travel, Self-help, Science Fiction, Sport, Social, Study and Science; tạp chí/báo: Business, Fashion, Lifestyle, Teenage). (2) Kính áp tròng (Contact Lenses): yêu cầu Declaration of Eligibility for Sale of Medical Devices, Announcement of Medical Device Qualification, Result of Medical Device Classification. (3) Hoa tươi: bắt buộc sử dụng “Seller Own Fleet”. (4) Thực phẩm tươi/đông lạnh có ràng buộc logistics: bao gồm cream (whipping cream, heavy cream, sour cream, double cream, cooking cream, light cream) và các mặt hàng tươi/đông lạnh khác (bread, cakes, pies, eggs, frozen food, fruit, ice cream, meal kits, meat, mushroom, pastries, processed meat, seafood, tofu, vegetables, vegetarian meat alternatives). Yêu cầu ít nhất một trong: Certificate of Facilities eligible for Food Safety Conditions, OCOP Certificate 3 sao trở lên, Vietgap Certificate, Commitment to the Production and Trading of Safe Agricultural Forestry and Aquatic Food Products, HACCP Certification, ISO 22000 Certification. (5) Trang sức và phụ kiện (jewellery, gems: ruby, sapphire, emerald; precious metals: gold, silver, platinum, palladium): Business License chỉ rõ kinh doanh trang sức, Gem Identification Report, Jewellery Report, Gold Certification Report, hình ảnh sản phẩm đính kèm chứng chỉ. (6) Sản phẩm media vật lý: Cassette Tapes, CDs & DVDs, Vinyl. (7) SIM điện thoại: Business license, Distribution agreement với nhà cung cấp dịch vụ, License for Provision of Telecommunications Services, hoặc The 1st-Level Distribution Contract, hoặc Authorized Distributor Agreement for Telecommunication Products and Services. (8) Xe máy: Business license và điền các thuộc tính bắt buộc khi đăng bán. (9) Hàng Pre-Owned/Secondhand: CHỈ account-managed sellers mới được đăng ký; các loại được phép: refurbished phones, tablets, laptops, desk computers, bags, accessories. (10) Sản phẩm Mẹ và Bé - Vitamins & Supplements: Product Announcement Registration, Confirmation of receipt of Product Announcement Registration, Confirmation of Conformity Declaration to Food Safety Regulations, product images. Lưu ý: CẤM Quảng cáo và Khuyến mãi sữa công thức cho trẻ sơ sinh (bao gồm discounts, vouchers, flash sales). (11) Pin ắc quy: bắt buộc bật “Seller Own Fleet” trước khi apply, không cần chứng từ thêm; áp dụng cho Automotive & Motorcycle > Motorcycle Parts > Batteries & Accessories, Automotive & Motorcycle > Auto Replacement Parts > Batteries & Accessories, Tools & Hardware > Power Tools > Power Tool Accessories. (12) Sexual Wellness: mở invite-only cho Lubricants, condoms, Sexual Performance Enhancer Supplements. Lubricants và condoms: chỉ corporate sellers, cần snapshot sản phẩm đang bán trên sàn khác, Product Labeling với SLH (Số Lưu Hành). Sexual Performance Enhancer Supplements: chỉ corporate sellers, snapshot sản phẩm đang bán trên sàn khác, Product Labeling với DKSP (Số Đăng ký Sản phẩm). (13) Physical Vouchers: mở cho Physical Photography Voucher, Physical Credit Voucher, Physical Hotel Voucher, Physical Gift Card, Physical Travel Voucher, Physical Data Voucher, Physical Gift Voucher, Physical Travel Agent Voucher. Chỉ corporate sellers, cần snapshot sản phẩm đang bán trên sàn khác. Listings phải hiển thị rõ validity và usage terms, CẤM claims gây hiểu lầm như “unlimited use”. Vi phạm sẽ bị Xử phạt actions, tái phạm phạt nặng hơn. Có thể Kháng cáo qua Seller Center.

Hành động

Để bán sản phẩm Invite-Only, người bán cần: (1) Truy cập Seller Center > My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Center. (2) Chuẩn bị và nộp đúng Hóa đơn theo từng danh mục cụ thể như đã liệt kê. (3) Với hoa tươi và pin ắc quy: bắt buộc bật “Seller Own Fleet” TRƯỚC khi apply category qualification. (4) Với hàng secondhand: chỉ account-managed sellers mới có thể apply, liên hệ Account Manager. (5) Với sản phẩm mẹ và bé: KHÔNG được Quảng cáo/khuyến mãi sữa công thức trẻ sơ sinh. (6) Với Voucher vật lý: đảm bảo listing hiển thị rõ thời hạn và điều khoản sử dụng, không dùng từ “unlimited use” hoặc claims gây hiểu lầm. (7) Nếu bị Xử phạt action sai, raise Kháng cáo qua Seller Center theo Seller Appeal Guidelines. Điều kiện áp dụng

Chỉ áp dụng cho TikTok Shop Vietnam. Một số danh mục chỉ dành cho corporate sellers (Sexual Wellness, Physical Vouchers). Hàng secondhand chỉ cho account-managed sellers. Các Hóa đơn phải được nộp qua Qualification Center và được phê duyệt trước khi đăng bán.
