Tình huống

TikTok Shop sellers in Vietnam need to understand which product categories require approval, which are invite-only, and which are completely unsupported before listing products on the platform.

Insight

TikTok Shop phân loại sản phẩm thành 3 nhóm chính: Sản phẩm cấm Products (sản phẩm hạn chế cần phê duyệt), “Invite-only” Products (sản phẩm chỉ bán được qua lời mời), và Unsupported Products (sản phẩm không được hỗ trợ).

Restricted Products (cần phê duyệt):

  • Beauty and Personal Care: cần Cosmetic Product Notification, hình ảnh nhãn mác với tên sản phẩm, công dụng, hướng dẫn sử dụng, thành phần, tên và quốc gia sản xuất, kích thước/khối lượng, hạn sử dụng, cảnh báo.
  • Food and Beverage: cần Product Announcement Registration, Product Self-declaration Form có chữ ký và con dấu, báo cáo kiểm định, chi tiết nhãn mác và bao bì, Chứng nhận An toàn Thực phẩm (GMP, ISO 22000, IFS, FSSC 22000, HACCP), hình ảnh sản phẩm và bao bì, hạn sử dụng, thành phần.
  • Baby Food and Milk Formula: cần Certificate of Advertisement Content, khuyến nghị độ tuổi, thành phần, hạn sử dụng, cảnh báo.
  • Food Supplement (Wellness Supplements, Beauty Supplements, Fitness Supplements, Baby Vitamins and Supplements, Maternity Vitamins and Supplements): cần Certificate of Advertisement Content, Product Announcement Registration, Product Self-declaration Form, báo cáo kiểm định, chứng nhận An toàn Thực phẩm, tuyên bố bắt buộc “This product is not a medicine and is not a substitute for medicine.”

“Invite-only” Product Categories (yêu cầu lời mời):

  • Jewellery and Accessories: Business License, Gem Identification Report, Jewellery Report, Gold Certification Report.
  • Books, Magazines and Newspapers: chỉ mở cho managed sellers, gửi tài liệu cho account manager. Sách bao gồm các thể loại Art, Babies’ Books, Biography, Calendars, Cook Books, Comics, Dictionary, Education, Entertainment, Fiction, Fitness, History, Law, Lifestyle, Literature, Medical, Parent’s Books, Professional, Technology, Teens’ Books, Textbooks, Toddler’s Books, Travel, Self-help, Science Fiction, Sport, Social, Study and Science. Tạp chí/báo: Business, Fashion, Lifestyle and Teenage.
  • Media Products (Cassette Tapes, CDs & DVDs, Vinyl): chỉ cho managed sellers.
  • Mobile SIM Cards: Business license, Distribution agreement.
  • Fresh and Frozen Food: Cream (whipping cream, heavy cream, sour cream, double cream, cooking cream, light cream), bread, cakes, eggs, frozen food, fruit, ice cream, meal kits, meat, mushroom, pastries, processed meat and seafood, tofu, vegetables, vegetarian meat alternatives. Cần chứng chỉ hợp lệ, notification ID number, hình ảnh nhãn mác, hạn sử dụng. Chứng chỉ hết hạn hoặc sắp hết hạn (trong 30 ngày) không được chấp nhận.
  • Motorcycles: Business license.
  • Contact Lenses: Declaration of Eligibility for Sale of Medical Devices, Announcement of Medical Device Qualification, Result of Medical Device Classification.
  • Select Baby and Maternity Products (Baby Vitamins & Supplements, Maternity Vitamins & Supplement): Product Announcement Registration, Confirmation of receipt. Lưu ý: Quảng cáo và Khuyến mãi sữa công thức cho trẻ sơ sinh bị cấm, bao gồm giảm giá, Voucher, flash sales.
  • Fresh Flowers: phải sử dụng “Seller Own Fleet” function.
  • Pre-Owned/Secondhand Products: chỉ cho managed sellers, bao gồm refurbished phones, tablets, laptops, desk computers, bags and accessories.

Unsupported Products (hoàn toàn không được bán):

  • Medicines and Medical Devices: OTC medicine, medical devices, household medical devices (ventilators, sexual wellness items, contraceptives).
  • Alcohol, Tobacco and E-cigarettes: bao gồm cigarettes, cigars, dipping tobacco, chewing tobacco, tobacco pipes, vaporizer devices, electronic cigarettes, shisha, hookah, smoking apparatuses.
  • Media Products: book categories không nằm trong Section 4, play scripts, manuscripts, music and printed music, video games.
  • Virtual Products: memberships, subscriptions, digital downloads, rechargeable cards, in-game products, virtual weapons, skins, game currency, game recharges, game accounts.
  • Services: job promotion, travel services, construction, lawn care, electrician, plumbing, cleaning, automotive, recycling, fitness guidance, financial services, veterinary services, show tickets, shares, securities.
  • Political Products: liên quan politician, political party, campaigns, elections.
  • Sex or Adult Products and Services: erotic clothing, erotic wellness, massage, bondage gear, fetish wear, sex furnishing, sexual enhancers, dating services.
  • Real Estate/Property: residential housing, buildings, hotels.
  • Weight Management Products: pills, powder, powdered drinks, gummies, jellies. Chỉ được phép nếu là Growth Milk Formula, Infant Formula, Baby Vitamins & Supplements và có claim “weight gain”.
  • Other: defective products, accumulators/secondary batteries (Lead-Acid Batteries, Car Batteries), permanent tattoo kits, pesticides, lottery tickets, hunting tools, flammable gas (fire extinguishers, butane gas, lighters, LPG), complex contracts (housing lots, business franchises), advertisements for services, gift cards, coupons, cash equivalents (bitcoin, precious metal bullion, money orders, travellers’ cheques).

Thương hiệu Approval:

  • Brand owners cần: trademark certification, trademark registration verification.
  • Distributors cần: trademark certification, licensing agreements, authorization from brand owners, purchase proof.

Đường dẫn submit documentation: Seller Center > My Account > Account Settings > Qualification Center (trừ Books, Media Products, Pre-Owned cần gửi cho account manager).

Hành động

Sellers cần kiểm tra danh mục sản phẩm trước khi listing trên TikTok Shop. Đối với Sản phẩm cấm products, chuẩn bị đầy đủ giấy tờ phê duyệt và submit qua Qualification Center. Đối với invite-only categories, cần đợi lời mời hoặc liên hệ account manager (đối với managed sellers). Không listing các sản phẩm unsupported để tránh bị Xử phạt. Nếu sản phẩm bị chặn hoặc gỡ bỏ sai, có thể gửi Kháng cáo qua Seller Center. Kiểm tra và cập nhật guidelines thường xuyên vì TikTok Shop có thể thay đổi quy định.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Áp dụng cho sellers TikTok Shop tại Vietnam. Một số categories chỉ mở cho managed sellers. Chứng chỉ hết hạn hoặc sắp hết hạn (trong 30 ngày) không được chấp nhận cho fresh and frozen food.
