Tình huống
TikTok Shop Vietnam sellers who receive more orders than they can normally handle daily, particularly during peak periods, need a way to protect their Vận chuyển performance metrics (Late Dispatch, Fast Dispatch, Next-Day Delivery, Auto-Cancellation timelines) from being negatively impacted by excess order volume.
Insight
The Order Handling Capacity (OHC) Tool is a pilot-phase feature on TikTok Shop Vietnam (available to selected sellers starting 13 January 2026, visible in Shop Health page if accessible). It allows sellers to take additional orders beyond their normal daily capacity, with excess orders receiving automatic Vận chuyển deadline extensions that apply to Late Dispatch, Fast Dispatch, Next-Day Delivery and Auto-Cancellation timelines. The tool resets daily at midnight (00:00H). Exclusions include: Pre-Orders, Instant/Sameday/8h/4h delivery orders (these do not receive extensions). Premium version exclusively for Star Shop+ sellers and Mall sellers. Daily Order Handling Capacity should be determined by analyzing: Historical Order Volumes (past output volume and dispatch time), Operational Capacity (staff, warehouse space, processing speed), Order Volume Spikes (holidays, sales, live events), and Tồn kho Levels (consistent stock availability and restocking). Setup path: Seller Center → Account Health → Shop Health → “View Details” under “Fulfilment Deadline Extension” box → Edit button → set Daily Order Handling Capacity → toggle “Fulfillment Deadline Extension” ON (must enable for extensions to apply from next day; if not turned on, exceeding orders won’t get extensions). Premium Surge Protection Settings offer two options: “No Control” (all orders after capacity reached get 2 working day extension) or “Set Surge Protection Limit” (products display as “Sold out” when limit reached). Default surge protection limit is 3 times Daily Order Handling Capacity; customizable only in premium version. Changes can be made anytime but only take effect next day from 00:00H. Campaign/event extensions stack with OHC extensions (example: 2-day campaign extension + 1-day OHC extension = 3 days total). Notifications sent via Seller Inbox, Email, and Seller Center when limit reached.
Hành động
Set up OHC Tool by navigating to Seller Center → Account Health → Shop Health → click “View Details” under “Fulfilment Deadline Extension” → click Edit → set realistic Daily Order Handling Capacity considering historical volumes, operational capacity, spike planning, and Tồn kho levels → toggle “Vận chuyển Deadline Extension” to ON (critical step: without this toggle, excess orders get no extension). For premium users (Star Shop+ or Mall sellers): configure Surge Protection as either “No Control” (automatic 2 working day extension for all excess orders) or “Set Surge Protection Limit” (products show “Sold out” at your custom limit). Monitor capacity and limits on OHC Tool page; respond to “Order Volume Limit” notifications in Seller Inbox/Email/Seller Center. To increase surge protection limit beyond default 3x capacity, upgrade to Star Shop+ seller status. Plan capacity settings ahead of peak periods (holidays, sales, live events). Note that campaign fulfillment extensions will stack with OHC tool extensions.
Kết quả
Sellers can protect their shop’s Vận chuyển performance metrics by receiving automatic deadline extensions on excess orders beyond their declared daily capacity, with premium sellers gaining additional surge protection controls to manage customer expectations and operational limits.
