TikTok Shop Vietnam sellers who want to list products as “pre-order” items, specifically those selling customised or handmade products. The policy covers qualification requirements, how to enable pre-order status, ongoing maintenance criteria, and consequences for non-compliance.

Insight

TikTok Shop Vietnam has specific qualification requirements for sellers to mark products as “pre-order”. For first-time applicants: the shop must sell customised or handmade products AND the seller must receive an invitation from TikTok Shop to obtain this right. For sellers who already have a shop with pre-order rights and want to add another shop: the second shop must sell customised or handmade products, the Seller-fault Cancellation Rate (SFCR) for previous pre-orders must be less than 10%, and there must be fewer than 15 cancelled pre-orders over a 30 calendar day period. To mark a product as pre-order, qualified sellers navigate: Products > Manage Products > Edit > Sales Information > Pre-order in Seller Center. To maintain pre-order access, both shop-level and product-level criteria must be met. Shop-level criteria: SFCR for pre-orders must be less than 10%, and fewer than 15 cancelled pre-orders over a 30-calendar-day period. Product-level criteria: SFCR for the specific pre-order product must be less than 10%, and fewer than 5 cancelled pre-orders over a 30-calendar-day period. If shop-level criteria are not met, the seller cannot list new pre-order products. If product-level criteria are not met, those pre-order products will be delisted but can be re-listed as standard orders. To qualify for pre-order rights: ensure your shop sells customised or handmade products; wait for invitation if first-time applicant, or maintain SFCR below 10% and fewer than 15 cancelled pre-orders in 30 days if applying for additional shop. To enable pre-order on a product: go to Seller Center → Products → Manage Products → Edit → Sales Information → Pre-order. To maintain access: monitor SFCR at both shop and product level to keep below 10%; keep cancelled pre-orders under 15 per 30 days at shop level and under 5 per 30 days at product level. If delisted due to non-compliance: re-list as standard order instead of pre-order. If Xử phạt action seems erroneous: submit Kháng cáo through Seller Center per Seller Appeal Guidelines.

If shop-level criteria are not met: inability to list new pre-order products. If product-level criteria are not met: delisting of non-compliant pre-order products (with option to re-list as standard orders).
