Tình huống

TikTok Shop ra mắt nền tảng PC Streamer Desktop dành cho Host (tài khoản chính thức của người bán, tài khoản marketing và Creator) tại Việt Nam để quản lý Livestream, showcase sản phẩm và phân tích hiệu suất thương mại điện tử trên máy tính. Nền tảng này bổ sung cho phiên bản App-end đã có sẵn trên TikTok Shop.

Insight

Nền tảng PC Streamer Desktop của TikTok Shop (truy cập tại https://shop.tiktok.com/streamer/welcome) yêu cầu tài khoản TikTok có quyền EC (E-Commerce Permission) để đăng nhập, hỗ trợ tài khoản Merchant (official account, marketing accounts) và Creator account. Điều kiện internet phải truy cập được tiktok.com. Nền tảng gồm 3 module chính: LIVE Module, Showcase Module và Data Compass. LIVE Module (1.1) hỗ trợ quản lý sản phẩm Livestream trên PC: thay đổi thứ tự (kéo thả, move to top, batch move to top), ghim sản phẩm (pin product card), chỉnh sửa ảnh bìa sản phẩm, thêm/xóa sản phẩm. Trạng thái sản phẩm live gồm: In Stock, Sold out. Có 4 cách thêm sản phẩm vào livestream: từ Showcase Products, từ URL sản phẩm, từ Targeted Plan Products, và từ My shop. Showcase Module (2.1) quản lý tất cả sản phẩm trong showcase với các trạng thái: In Stock, Sold out; Reviews Status gồm Live (Changes under review), Under review, Unavailable (Not Approved). Có thể ẩn sản phẩm (hide) để ngăn bán trong livestream và short video, xóa sản phẩm đơn hoặc batch delete. Chỉ hỗ trợ thêm URL đơn (batch adding sẽ có sau). Data Compass (3.1) gồm Data Overview hiển thị số liệu người theo dõi mới, thu nhập; Recent Livestreams hiển thị 4 livestream gần nhất với Revenue, Orders, Total Viewers, New followers. Live Analytics (3.2) chi tiết dữ liệu livestream EC, hỗ trợ export, tìm kiếm theo tên livestream, chọn time period, metrics chia thành traffic metrics và deal metrics (tối đa 5 chỉ số). Live Dashboard (3.3) cung cấp dữ liệu live real-time và livestream playback, gồm: Core data (handle, thời gian bắt đầu, duration), Core indicator (cấu hình thủ công), Product list (sản phẩm on-platform và off-platform, indicator sorting, set indicator tối đa 5 tối thiểu 1, fuzzy search), Revenue trend (minute-level), Traffic source (chỉ organic traffic, paid traffic gộp vào ‘others’), User profile (buyers/viewers: fan hay không, gender, country proportion), Interactive trend (Viewing Trends minute-level cho viewing/entering/leaving; Engagement Trends minute-level cho views/comments/shares), LIVE Real-time và LIVE replay có thể điều chỉnh time progress. Video Analysis (3.4) phân tích hiệu suất video ngắn: Core Data gồm 3 khả năng cốt lõi - Branding ability (view/VV, new followers), Transaction ability (revenue, RPM = Revenue per thousand impressions = Revenue/VV * 1000), Drainage ability (drainage PV, drainage success rate = Drainage PV/Exposures of short video avatar’s breathing effects). Video list hỗ trợ xem theo time, VV, new followers, revenue, RPM, drainage PV, drainage success rate; export download; search by video name. Video Detail có Transaction Analysis (revenue, RPM, buyers, sales, CTR, product view, product reach) và Content Analysis (VV, finish rate, new followers, shares, comments, likes, drainage, drainage success rate). Có thể chọn 2 indicators so sánh đồng thời. Recommended video hiển thị TOP 3 revenue video cùng sản phẩm (nếu video chỉ có 1 product link) hoặc không hiển thị nếu chọn All với nhiều product links. Account standing giúp theo dõi và Kháng cáo Vi phạm tickets. Lưu ý: Tài khoản không có TT live access vẫn có thể quản lý showcase products nhưng sẽ thấy thông báo khi vào tab ‘Live product’. Video để private hoặc deleted không hỗ trợ playback và không hiển thị hình ảnh; video private chưa từng public sẽ không có transaction hay content data.

Hành động

Đăng nhập TikTok PC Streamer Desktop tại https://shop.tiktok.com/streamer/welcome bằng tài khoản TikTok có EC-Permission. Sử dụng tài khoản Merchant (official account, marketing accounts) hoặc Creator account. Đảm bảo internet truy cập được tiktok.com. Để vào Live Dashboard: từ Data Overview ⇒ Recent Lives ⇒ Live Dashboard, hoặc Live Details ⇒ Livestream Details ⇒ Live Dashboard. Trong LIVE Module, sử dụng PC để ghim sản phẩm (pin product card) khi host đang mô tả sản phẩm trên App. Thêm sản phẩm vào livestream qua 4 nguồn: Showcase Products (Livestream Products ⇒ Add new Product ⇒ Showcase Products), URL sản phẩm, Targeted Plan Products (copy link từ seller center - Manage products), hoặc My shop. Trong Showcase Module, thêm sản phẩm qua URL đơn (Targeted Plan: copy product link; Add from my shop: Showcase Products ⇒ Add new Product ⇒ My shop), lưu ý batch adding sẽ có sau. Quản lý thứ tự sản phẩm bằng drag, move to top, batch move to top. Ẩn sản phẩm (hide) để ngăn bán trong showcase cho livestream và short video. Trong Data Compass, cấu hình indicators trong Live Dashboard bằng cách click ‘Set indicator’, chọn tối đa 5 tối thiểu 1 chỉ số. Trong Video Analysis, chọn 2 indicators để so sánh trend; trong Transaction Analysis của Video Detail, phải chọn 1 sản phẩm cụ thể (không chọn All) thì mới hiển thị Recommended video TOP 3 revenue cùng sản phẩm. Export dữ liệu video trong Video List để tải basic info và core indicators. Sử dụng Live Dashboard để theo dõi real-time và điều chỉnh chiến lược livestream; xem lại LIVE replay để Reviews sau livestream. Trong Account standing, theo dõi Vi phạm tickets và thực hiện Kháng cáo nếu cần.

Điều kiện áp dụng

Áp dụng cho thị trường Việt Nam. Yêu cầu tài khoản có EC-Permission. PC Streamer Desktop là công cụ bổ trợ cho App-end, không thay thế hoàn toàn (ví dụ: Go Live vẫn thực hiện trên App-end). Chức năng batch add URL sản phẩm vào showcase sẽ có sau. Traffic source trong Live Dashboard chỉ hiển thị chi tiết organic traffic, paid traffic gộp vào ‘others’. Video private hoặc deleted không có dữ liệu playback.
