Tình huống
TikTok Shop sellers operating in Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam needed to understand the Vi phạm points system and account health framework. The content references a legacy policy page that has been redirected to the newer Account Health Rating system.
Insight
TikTok Shop previously operated a Vi phạm Points & Milestones system for seller account health management across Southeast Asian markets (Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam). This system has since been deprecated and replaced by the Account Health Rating feature. The page now serves as a redirect notice directing users to the new Account Health Rating system. The original Violation Points & Milestones framework was part of TikTok Shop’s Xử phạt mechanism where sellers accumulated violation points for policy breaches, with progressive penalties triggered at specific milestone thresholds. The specific point values per violation type, milestone thresholds, and penalty escalations are no longer documented on this page as the system has been fully transitioned to the new Account Health Rating model.
Hành động
Users seeking information about TikTok Shop seller Vi phạm points and account health penalties should navigate to the Account Health Rating page via the provided link. Sellers should familiarize themselves with the new Account Health Rating system rather than the deprecated Violation Points & Milestones framework. For specific penalty structures and violation categories, consult the current Account Health Rating documentation in TikTok Shop Seller University.
