TikTok Shop Mall is a virtual shopping mall that features a curated selection of brands, reputable retailers and authorized resellers. Sellers who qualify are referred to as TikTok Shop Mall Sellers and gain access to exclusive benefits. Approval is subject to TikTok Shop’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed even if eligibility criteria are met. The qualification criteria include: Store Rating, Account Health Rating, Fraud/Counterfeit Issues, Thương hiệu Qualification, and Order Vận chuyển Requirements. All TikTok Shop Mall sellers are subjected to order fulfillment timelines outlined in the TikTok Shop Customer Order Shipping Guidelines / Order Fulfillment Timelines article. Return and refund requirements mandate a 15-day return & refund period for all products purchased via TikTok Shop Mall. If a customer returns a product due to the seller’s fault (e.g., “Wrong Product was Sent”), the return shipping fee is charged to the seller. If the return is not due to the seller’s fault (e.g., “Change of Mind”), the return shipping fee is charged to TikTok Shop. Payment Settlement: The Extended Settlement Period applies to TikTok Shop Mall sellers who do not meet the Express Settlement Period criteria. The “100% Authentic” label is an exclusive label for Mall Sellers that reassures customers products are authentic. Sellers must ensure products marked as “100% Authentic” are genuine with proof of authenticity. If a product is discovered to be Hàng giả, the seller must compensate the customer up to 2x (two times) the amount paid. Disqualification occurs if: proven to have sold counterfeit items; unable to provide valid documentation for brand ownership/authorization/authenticity; unable to meet any necessary criteria in the TikTok Shop Mall Policy. Disqualified sellers can still operate as non-TikTok Shop Mall sellers (subject to other Xử phạt actions). TikTok Shop has sole and absolute discretion to determine disqualification.
